Impossible! #1: The Two-Fisted Finish!

Impossible! Add comments

It’s all led up to this!

The last chapter of Chad Bowers and Chris Nye’s Impossible! #1 is here, with the pulse-pounding conclusion to Jon Raymond’s debut adventure!  Does Daring City stand a chance against the C.I.R.C.L.E. now that Rex Raymond’s deal with the super-villains has expired?  No way.  But sometimes… You’ve just gotta believe in the Impossible!

If you’ve been keeping up with the story so far, click the image above to jump right to page 16!  But if you’re new to the Action Age, don’t worry:  We’ve got the whole story online, and you can start from the beginning!  Just click each page to get to the next, and get ready for the fight you’ve been waiting for!

And hey, if you want to take it with you, we’ve got Impossible #1 as a free download in .cbr format, too!  If you’re already familiar with .cbr files, download the full issue here, and if you’re not, you can find out more and download the free cDisplay program here!

And when you’re done, come back and leave a comment.  Do you want to see more of Impossible in the coming year?  Let us know!

Nice finish and set up for the next issue. I like that the C.,I.R.C.L.E. operatives keep saying destroy but go from confident (“DESTROY!”) to concerned (“DESTROY?”) about their ability to achieve this objective. Classic Action Age.

This is a book I would buy a physical copy of. Any plans to go the ElGorgo route and offer the book both online as well as mail order physical copies?

Great work, guys. It is basically exactly like a Sal Buscema comic, except on my computer and not yellowed and crumpled.

Also: “SMAPT” is the best sound effect.

Hey guys. I’m currently reading ESSENTIAL DEFENDERS: VOL 1… and this has some of that saucy Seventies Sal Buscema flavour: big fights, bold heroes, brazen villains. Awesome. I only have three nits to pick:

Photoshop sound effects on these wicked retro lines – that’s a shame.
That child on page 16 is the creepiest damn thing I’ve seen this year.
Whoever heard of a bald superhero? Give this guy a toupe, stat!

Other than that – this has hit writ all over it!
