It’s not technically an Action Age Comic, but…

The FlashBack Universe is the oldest friend of the Action Age, and if you like what we’ve been doing around here, you’re gonna love this Holiday Special!

FYI, we haven’t forgotten about you, folks, but unfortunately, Impossible! part 3 will be delayed this week.
We here at the Action Age are sorry for any inconvenience, and thank you for your continued interest.
And just in case any of you are horribly upset about it, and/or you’re wondering what the hold up is, well… I’m not going to name any names, but y’know… JG Jones. S’all I’m saying.
Impossible! part 3 in just a few days. Thanks, again.
Hold onto your hat, because we’re proud to announce the next Instant Classic of the Action Age of Comics: The Chronicles of Solomon Stone!

That’s right: The Action Age has acquired the license to Christopher J. Sims’s epic modern fantasy series, and now the team that brought you Exterminape and Boxcar Dragon: Hobo Ninja has reunited for an all-new story of the world’s greatest half-vampire private detective!
“I’m absolutely stoked to be working with the Action Age,” said writer/creator Christopher J. Sims, whose two-fisted tales of supernatural mysteries could, if ever actually published, potentially outsell the Harry Potter and Twlight series combined. “I’ve always wanted to bring new stories of Solomon, Minxy Flatbush, and the rest of the gang to the comics page, and while there’s been an incredible amount of interest from certain marvelous publishers, distinguished competitors, and… dark.. horses, I think I’ve found the perfect home for the series here at AAC.”
Art for the series will be handled by Action Age mainstay Matthew Allen Smith, who couldn’t be more excited about the project. “Look, I really shouldn’t even be talking to you right now,” said the English Dynamo on a rare break. “Sims said he was going to build his fortune on my tears, and when he finds out I’m not drawing, he… says things.”
The Chronicles of Solomon Stone will be a full-length original story featuring lettering by Benjamin Birdie, told in three eight-page chapters, and coming soon to ActionAgeComics.com!

Created by Chad Bowers, Monster Plus is the story of a mummified Frankenstein vampire zombie werewolf possessed by the ghost of a witch doctor brought back from imprisonment on the moon in the year 2666 to fight the Devil himself.
It’s everything anybody’s ever wanted in a horror comic. Seriously: Everything.
More to come soon, but for now, enjoy the character guide below.
In the past seventy years, comics have seen the Golden Age, the Silver Age, the Bronze Age and even the Modern Age, but now it’s time for a new era of rip-roaring, fist-pumping excitement: The Action Age!
Chris Sims and Chad Bowers, the writers who brought you the Internet’s Invincible Super-Blog and the small-press favorite Danger Ace, have united with artists from around the world to bring you the best that comics have to offer, and it all starts here!
